The Chemin range cooker is one of the most popular over one metre range cookers. The range comprises of two large main ovens. There is a 20 litre electric grill oven and a 79 litre simmer oven, which offers the flexibility to plate warm, hold food and even slow cook. The 79 litre simmer oven can also be specified as a 65 litre dual function electric oven & grill. There is a choice of three hobs (two gas and one induction) each with five burners or five induction plates, and an additional space for an optional integrated hob element such as a chargrill, extra burners or a multi cooker.
Hobs
The Lacanche Chemin is available with a choice of two different gas hob types: the five open burner classic hob or the traditional hob with four open burners and the large cast-iron French top, which is excellent for recipes advocating long simmer times or even maintaining heat before serving dishes. The traditional top offers incredible versatility, including that of a workstation when not in use. For customers without a gas supply, the Lacanche Chemin is available with a five zone energy efficient induction top. With the Chemin range, there is space to add one additional integrated hob element such as gas burners, induction elements, chargrill or even a multicooker.
The Lacanche Chemin has two main ovens which can be individually specified as gas, static electric, or convection (fan). There is also a 20 litre electric grill oven. As standard the side oven is specified as a 79 litre simmer oven. As an optional extra, this cavity can be specified as a 65 litre dual function electric oven.
