Perfect for serving food straight from EGG to table, this beautiful enamelware tray has been created in partnership with Falcon Enamelware, an iconic brand embraced by British campers, picnickers and outdoor cooks since the 1920s.
Made from porcelain fused onto heavyweight steel, the dish is durable, weatherproof, chemical resistant and capable of handling temperatures up to 270°C. This makes it ideal for baking or roasting a wide range of sweet or savoury dishes on the EGG, as well as for serving centrepieces, sides or desserts to the middle of the table. The familiar ice-white enamel surface is complemented by Big Green Egg’s famous racing green on the base and hand-painted rim.
