The set of two Pizza Oven wedges join together in your EGG to form a traditional brick oven setup by creating an easily accessible front opening. This makes quick work of sliding pizzas, flatbreads or other baked goods in and out of the EGG and allows you to keep a close eye on them as they cook.

The insulating ceramics of the EGG offer the heat retention needed for even cooking, even when baking multiple pizzas. With the Pizza Oven Wedges in place, the EGG temperature holds where you set it, in a range from 300°C to 400°C.
