Features
If you require lots of different oven combinations, the 1805mm wide Lacanche Avalon is the perfect range. With five oven cavities including a separate 20 litre grill oven, the Lacanche Avalon is truly a dual fuel range cooker. In addition to the oven combination, the Avalon can be equipped with several standard hobs including a five-zone induction hob.
Hobs
The Lacanche Avalon is available with a choice of two different gas hob types: the five open burner classic hob or the traditional hob with four open burners and the large cast iron French top, which is excellent for recipes advocating long simmer times, or even maintaining heat before serving dishes. The traditional top offers incredible versatility, including that of a workstation when not in use. For customers without a gas supply, the Lacanche Avalon is also available with a five zone energy efficient induction top. With the Avalon range, there is space to add two additional integrated hob elements such as gas burners, induction elements, chargrill, plancha or even a multicooker.
Ovens
The Lacanche Avalon has two main ovens which can be individually specified as gas, static electric, or convection (fan). There is also a 20 litre electric grill oven. As standard the side ovens are specified as a 79 litre simmer oven, which can be used to hold food, plate warm or even slow cook. As an optional extra, these cavities can be specified as a 65 litre dual function electric oven.
