Features
The impressively large 1805mm wide four oven Lacanche Flavigny, offers real dual fuel potential. In addition to the two main ovens, there are as standard, two 79 litre simmer ovens. The simmer oven offers the flexibility to plate warm, hold food and even slow cook. The simmer ovens can also be specified as a 65 litre dual function electric oven. There are several different hob options including a 5 zone induction and space for two integrated hob elements.
Hobs
The Lacanche Flavigny is available with a choice of two different gas hob types: the five open burner classic hob or the traditional hob with four open burners and the large cast-iron French top, which is excellent for recipes advocating long simmer times, or even maintaining heat before serving dishes. The traditional top offers incredible versatility, including that of a workstation when not in use. For customers without a gas supply, the Lacanche Flavigny is also available with a five zone energy efficient induction top. With the Flavigny range, there is space to add two additional integrated hob element, such as gas burners, induction elements, chargrill, plancha or even a multicooker.
Ovens
The Lacanche Flavigny has two main ovens which can be individually specified as gas, static electric, or convection (fan). As standard the side ovens are specified as a 79 litre simmer ovens, which can be used to hold food, plate warm or even slow cook. As an optional extra these cavities can be specified as 65 litre dual function electric ovens.
